We usually put our feet in warm Florida sand for our New Year's photo. This year we planted our feet in the sunny white "sands" of MINNESOTA. Buzz kept his boots on. (His feet get cold.) That's not to say that we didn't go to Florida. It just wasn't warm or sunny. So instead we basked in the love of our family (next blog entry).
